A provision of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, requires that employers prepare a written Statement (referred to in the Act as a “Safety Statement”).
A Safety Statement should reflect “managements programme in writing for safeguarding safety and health within the workplace, it should be used as a training manual and a reference guide.
